The Hairpoon is a guard designed for blending the hair on the sides and back of your head with the hair on the top. It's as simple cutting straight up while making sure the stem guide is always planted to your head. While you move the clipper upward, the teeth will gradually move away from your head, creating a tangent line taper, or fade depending on the guard size.

FIT. The Hairpoon does not clip on like traditional guards. It slides on to the stationary blade of the clipper. This way, the guard will not budge if the stem guide is bumped. To get the proper length, the blade must be pushed as far as it can go into the guard.

What will it fit? The Hairpoon is designed to fit the Wahl Professional Basic, Deluxe and Premium Home Kits 8640-500, 8645-500, 8643-500 and Taper 2000, 8472-850, 8472-700. It also fits the Andis inCRED.
